The Fall Ordeal Weekend is right around the corner. The Ordeal will be held September 6-8 at Camp Ho Non Wah. Check-in for the function will be from 5:00-7:00 pm in the trading post. Complete Field Uniform (Class A and OA Sash) is required for Friday Check-in and activities for the evening.
Be sure to bring the following items with you: tent, sleeping bag, work clothes, work gloves, water bottle, change of clothes, weekend camping gear and most importantly, a completed Medical Form only Parts A & B (REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN LODGE ACTIVITES) – to be turned in at Registration. Look for additional tools needed for the Ordeal in lodge e-blasts prior to the weekend. Help us by being an example of cheerful service for those who will be completing their ordeal by getting involved in work projects and lodge activities throughout the weekend!
There is an Early Bird Registration Deadline (August 30th) so make sure you have registered by this date for a discount on the lodge function fee. Online Registration will also be available on the council website. If there are brothers that did not receive this letter or registration form, please direct them to Site236.com, then Lodge Administration, and then Lodge Forms for a copy of this letter and the registration form.
