Dear Brothers,

It has been an exciting year for our lodge and our council. The Spring Induction Weekend (Ordeal) is
right around the corner. During this weekend we will be welcoming our new arrowmen, having an
opportunity for brothers to seal their membership by completing Brotherhood, and the installation of
your new lodge officers for 2021-2022. I couldn’t be more excited to be back with all of you.

The Ordeal will be held May 21-23 at Camp Ho Non Wah. Check-in for this function will be held in the
trading post from 5:00-7:00 pm. Complete Field Uniform (Class A and OA Sash) is required for Friday
Check-in and activities for the evening. We ask all brothers, candidates, and their family to wear a mask
at all times while at camp. COVID-19 safety protocols will be in effect for this weekend.

Along with that be sure to bring the following items with you: a face mask per day, tent, sleeping bag,
work clothes, work gloves, water bottle, changes of clothes, weekend camping gear and most
importantly, a completed Medical Form only Parts A & B (REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN LODGE
ACTIVITES}- to be turned in at Registration. In addition, please fill out the COVID-19 Pre-Screening
form on Friday May 21 before you get to camp. Look for additional tools needed for the Ordeal in lodge
e-blasts prior to the weekend. Help us by being an example of cheerful service for those who will be
completing their ordeal by getting involved in work projects and lodge activities throughout the
weekend!

There is an Early Bird Registration Deadline (May 11th) so make sure you have registered by this date for
a discount on the lodge function fee. Online Registration will also be available on the council website. If
there are brothers that did not receive this letter or registration form, please direct them to
Site236.com for a copy of this letter and the registration form. I cannot wait to be back at camp with all
of you, hope to see you there!

Yours in Service,
