Lodge Leadership Development Weekend Information from the Chief

Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is an integral part of the Order of the Arrow. It’s a platform for new members to learn about the program, youth leaders to run it, advisers to support it, and any member to gain an understanding of everything that the Order of the Arrow encompasses. We want to emphasize that your participation is not just welcomed, but profoundly appreciated. The training, designed to help members learn how to benefit the OA, has many practical applications outside of scouting. Your involvement is what makes this process possible, and we value your contribution immensely. We highly encourage all members to participate in this training. In the past, LLD has mainly consisted of members of the Lodge Executive Committee (LEC). As lodge officers, one of our goals is to empower Arrowmen to understand better how our lodge works and unite us as one. We want to provide everyone with the opportunity to learn and become more involved with our lodge. For us to be successful, it takes a village, and your participation is crucial in achieving our shared goals. The training will be held at Camp Ho Non Wah from August 22-24. Join us for this unique experience, where every minute spent is an investment in your personal and leadership growth. And the best part? Registration is free. We only require that you register online to ensure we have an accurate headcount for food, training materials, and facilities—complete registration at https://www.mycampmanager.com/.
